you need to know about this role:</b></span></p><p style=\"color:!important\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">As an <b>Process Safety Coordinator (PSM)</b>, you will work on implementing improvements in the area through projects, with a focus on a zero-incident culture and an optimal environmental footprint.</span></p><p style=\"color:!important\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">You will ensure that the facilities provided are well maintained, that regulations/procedures exist and are implemented, that hazard assessments are carried out, that accidents caused by unsafe acts and conditions are reduced, and that energy consumption and waste are minimized.</span></p><br /><h2 style=\"color:!important\"><span style=\"color:#333333\">Your responsibilities will include:</span></h2><ul><li style=\"color:!important\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Implementing projects and improvements in the production area focused on Process Safety management and continuous improvement in HSE.</span></li><li style=\"color:!important\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Leading the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of Process Safety standards, ensuring compliance with applicable corporate and regulatory requirements.</span></li><li style=\"color:!important\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Assisting and leading the cultural transformation in Process Safety and HSE to help the plant achieve Zero accidents and incidents related to process risks.</span></li><li style=\"color:!important\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Coordinating and overseeing the implementation of all Safety programs and processes, including Process Hazard Analysis (PHA/HAZOP) and Management of Change (MOC).</span></li><li style=\"color:!important\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Conducting and facilitating process risk assessments, ensuring that findings are documented, prioritized, and managed through to effective closure.</span></li><li style=\"color:!important\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Providing Safety expertise for all new projects, equipment/facility modifications, and Management of Change (MOC) activities, ensuring that risks are assessed prior to execution.</span></li><li style=\"color:!important\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Tracking non-conformities and PSM audit findings, and developing systems to resolve them.</span></li><li style=\"color:!important\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Maintaining an up-to-date process incident reporting system, leading the investigation of process incidents and near-misses together with the HSE pillar safety team/committee, and driving the completion of corrective actions to eliminate root causes and prevent recurrences.</span></li><li style=\"color:!important\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Coordinating and following up on internal and external safety audits, managing the resulting action plans until target compliance is achieved.</span></li><li style=\"color:!important\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Developing and maintaining process safety technical documentation (process safety information, operating procedures, among others), ensuring it remains current and accessible.</span></li><li style=\"color:!important\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Developing training programs and technical guidance on Process Safety to identify, assess, and control hazards associated with critical processes, materials, and equipment.</span></li><li style=\"color:!important\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Participating in investigations to facilitate the closure of non-conformities identified in PSM standards and regulatory inspections.</span></li></ul><br /><h2 style=\"color:!important\"><span style=\"color:#333333\">Position-specific
