Du übernimmst außerdem die Leitung von Logistikprojekten und wirkst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung der Werksorganisation mit. </p><br /><p><span class=\"emphasis\"><b>Deine Aufgaben</b>:</span></p><p>•\tLogistikplanung für Kundenprojekte (Angebotsphase bis Serienbetreuung und Serienauslauf)</p><p>- Entwicklung von Logistikkonzepten</p><p>- Industrialisierung logistischer Prozesse</p><p>- Unterstützung bei Anlaufprozessen und Serienoptimierung</p><br /><p>•\tMitarbeit bei internen Logistikprojekten</p><p>- Umsetzung in Abstimmung mit der Werksorganisation</p><p>- Weiterentwicklung von Fertigungs- und Maschinenplanungsprojekten</p><p>- Fokus auf Materialsflussoptimierung, Automatisierung und AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robots)</p><p>- Industrialisierung logistischer Prozesse</p><p>- Unterstützung bei Anlaufprozessen und Serienoptimierung</p><br /><p>•\tVerpackungsplanung &amp; Lieferantenmanagement</p><p>- Planung und Spezifikation von Verpackungslösungen in Abstimmung mit externen</p><p>  Verpackungslieferanten</p><p>- Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern</p><br /><p><span class=\"emphasis\"><b>Wonach wir suchen:\t</b></span></p><p>•\tAbgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik (LAP, HTL, FH oder Studium) </p><p>•\tMehrjährige fundierte Erfahrung in der Logistikplanung, Erfahrung in der Verpackungsplanung von Vorteil   </p><p>•\tSicherer Umgang mit SAP sowie Tools wie MS Excel, Power BI oder vergleichbarer Software</p><p>•\tBereitschaft zur Weiterentwicklung </p><p>•\tAusgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise</p><p>•\tAusgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Belastbarkeit in Stresssituationen</p><p>•\tSehr gute Deutschkenntnisse </p><br /><p><span class=\"emphasis\"><b>Worauf du dich freuen kannst</b>:</span></p><p>Es uns wichtig, ein faires und attraktives Vergütungspaket anzubieten. Der Bruttomonatslohn (für <b>38,5 Stunden</b>) nach dem Kollektivvertrag der Fahrzeugindustrie beträgt für diese Position mindestens <b>€ 3.396,21</b>.
